Who are the Cricket eLearning teachers?

The Cricket eLearning teachers are dedicated professionals, each of whom has passed a rigorous background check and has a wealth of experience teaching experience. They're ready to get your child excited about and engaged in online lessons, and you can read more about them here.

Can I only pick one teacher for my child? Can I only pick one subject?

It's all up to you and your child! Your child is welcome to stick to one teacher and one subject, or to work with as many instructors, in as many subjects, as they wish. Private lesson hours are valid for all subjects, not just the one you select at checkout.

How do I schedule my child’s lessons?

All you need to do is sign into your student account, navigate to Book Lessons, and go through the short booking flow to select your child's subject, select their teacher, and select their time!

For when can I schedule my child’s lessons?

You’ll be able to schedule your child's online private lessons anytime, as long as it’s 24 hours ahead of the current time and within 30 days of the current date (pending teachers' displayed availability -- if you don't see a slot, get in touch with help@cricketmedia.com and we'll be happy to assist!).

Is there a set curriculum?

For English and for Mandarin Chinese we offer a set curriculum developed by language-learning experts that will be further tailored by teachers for each learner's aptitude and preferences. For all other subjects, the lessons are 100% tailored - we are all about meeting students exactly where they are!

My wife and I made a really conscious decision to raise our children not just bilingual, but multilingual—and Cricket eLearning has definitely helped with that.

My son can't focus long, but his instructor quickly pinpointed the amounts of time he can concentrate, and structures lessons around those short bursts.

Our kids have their lessons back-to-back, and often fight to go first because they have so much fun in class and want to beat the other to telling their teacher all about what they did over the weekend!

—Claudia C.

My child is very shy, so when I stepped away during his first lesson I was shocked to hear him laughing with his teacher as if she was an old friend!
